Dr Michaela is so passionate about what she does and is very knowledgeable. She has a lovely bedside manner and is engaging with children. Great communication from admin team also, they are fantastic

I have been attending Oakden Medical Centre for many years and I highly recommend this practice. I usually see Dr John Joseph and he is such a kind and caring doctor. He really listens and support overall health and wellbeing. The reception staff are very friendly. Definitely a 5 star practice. Thank you kindly

Nurse XXXXX, and Dr. John Joseph were most helpful. I went to the appointment for annual review and came away with a Shingles Vac as well. I noticed the new chairs in the waiting room, Would you please email me the details of the chair and contact details of the supplier as the chairs are at the correct height to make it easy to get up, and also with the arm rests. Also would you please email me a copy of review report. Thanking you for your kind assistance, Regards, Jim Fitzpatrick.

A good experience - Dr Jane was wonderful, put me at ease, not judgemental which was great. My only issue is the cost, I'm not working so the out of pocket costs are adding up.. Cheers, Kerry

Waited an hour past my appointment time, this practice clearly values profit over people. I’m usually a patient patient but an hour wait for a 2 min consultation isn’t worth $80. Doctor was blunt and dismissive. Receptionists shouldn’t make patients feel like we’re disrupting their day. Not returning.

My experience at this clinic has been pretty good so far. I had to transfer my medical details here when I moved 5 months ago from Glenelg to Oakden. Very smooth transition. All documentation was on file. Dr Anna Bakshi I highly recommend. Shes very kind, understanding and thorough. There is a physio and podiatrist upstairs and a pharmacy and sa pathology on first level aswell. So its super convenient. Cost is about $80 with $40 medicare refund. *EDIT Adjusting my rating since Ive been here over a year now. The admin team lately has been messing up check ins, apointments, making me pay fees twice, sending letters for my doctor to my address for some reason and also my test results keep being sent to the wrong doctor and opened. Medications I have never taken are on my file. I dont know whats been going on lately but its really altered how I feel about this place and how my medical care and information is being handled.
